CAD Designer II

Associate’s degree in mechanical engineering related field and 5 years work experience in equipment or semi related industries.

Or Bachelor's degree in appropriate disciplines of Engineering required (Mechanical preferred)

Job Summary:

The Senior Mechanical CAD Designer will create designs and technical drawings for chemical dispense systems and blending equipment. The successful candidate will work closely with engineers and other professionals within the AES Project Engineering group to create and improve manufacturing systems and processes and develop drawings for a wide variety of

Requirements:

Associates degree in Mechanical Engineering related field and 5 years work experience in equipment or semi related industries, or Bachelor's degree in appropriate disciplines of Engineering required (Mechanical preferred)

Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word).

Expert in the methods to read, edit and create P&ID's, schematics, and other product documentation.

Detailed knowledge of customer applications on relevant projects.

Expert in the areas of manufacturing and assembly as it pertains to assigned products and projects.

Expert in tools required for engineering and project execution including AutoCAD, Agile, SolidWorks and other engineering design systems. Knowledgeable of a broad range of tools that may be applicable to the discipline enabling decisions on implementation and improvement in existing systems.

Professional Solidworks certification level preferred.
