Shift timings : 1st shift- M-F 7:00-3:30

Will have to train in Columbia, MO for 1 week

Responsibilities

1) Maintain compliance with and support of all safety, health & environmental rules/regulations in order to ensure a safe working environment

2) Ensure shipment schedule commitments are maintained

3) Support a culture of continuous improvement and embrace change and standard methodologies outlined in the Schneider Performance System guidelines

4) Provide mentoring and training to team members

5) Responsible for continuous improvement activities related to KPIs pre winning plan such as OTD

1) Bachelor’s degree in the field of Engineering, Business or related field

2) 1-2 Years of SAP experience

3) Supervisory experience

4) Ability to perform root cause analysis

5) Strong communication skills
