About The RoleAs a RADICL Sales Development Representative, you will team up and collaborate with multiple sales representatives to help generate new business opportunities to achieve sales targets. As an outward-facing representative of RADICL, you’ll become knowledgeable on RADICL’s cybersecurity and compliance offerings to educate prospects on its extraordinary capabilities and benefits. You’ll execute against daily KPIs to drive revenue and maintain meticulous customer records. You’ll establish and build trust with prospective customers across various channels using modern sales technology platforms.

As a RADICL [Sales Development Representative], you will:
  • Actively Prospect: Conduct high-volume prospecting through multi-channel outbound sales motions to generate qualified leads (between 40 and 60 calls per day, and 50-75 emails per day).
  • Drive Opportunities: Execute daily Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to generate business opportunities.
  • Maintain Meticulous Records: Maintain detailed and accurate customer records using HubSpot CRM.
  • Collaborate: Work closely with a group of sales reps, marketing professionals, security operations analysts and product development engineers to develop and implement appropriate prospect strategies and plans
  • Manage First Impressions: Be the initial point of contact for prospective customers, playing a crucial role in our go-to-market efforts.
  • Build Rapport: Establish trust across various communication channels to learn about prospects and their businesses.
  • Demonstrate Sales Excellence: Strive for sales excellence by consistently improving messaging across phone, email, and social media.
Your Skillset/experience Should Include
  • 1-2 years of business and/or sales development experience in SaaS/cybersecurity/tech industry preferred.
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional or military service experience.
  • Enjoy working in a close-knit, collaborative, and agile startup environment.
  • Demonstrate curiosity, authenticity, and strength of character in your professional communication.
  • Open to learning and eager to grow.
  • Track record of high achievement and the desire to meet and exceed measurable performance goals.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills (crafting professional and personalized emails).
  • The technical aptitude to master our sales tech stack and previous experience with HubSpot CRM, Outreach, & LinkedIn SalesNav preferred.
