Job Responsibilities of the Physical Therapist (PT)
- Evaluate, treat, and monitor patients, making necessary modifications to therapy programs and goals.
- Maintain thorough and concise clinical documentation in a timely manner, ensuring accurate charge entry and knowledge of reimbursement practices.
- Communicate effectively with patients, families, departmental colleagues, and the medical care team, providing education and support.
- Supervise ancillary staff, students, and volunteers, fostering a collaborative and supportive environment.
- Advance clinical skills through ongoing education, literature review, and implementation of evidence-based practices.
- Disseminate knowledge to develop the clinical skills of colleagues, adhering to organizational and regulatory guidelines.

Qualifications:
- Education: Masters' or Bachelors' degree plus 2 years of work experience above the minimum qualification.
- Experience: Less than 1 year of experience.
- Certification/License/Registration:
- Physical Therapist (PT)
- Basic Life Support (BLS): BLS certification or completion within 30 days of hire.
