Responsibilities for the RN Director-Behavioral Health:

Twenty-four-hour accountability for the management of Behavioral Health programming, including therapies, psychiatric social work, partial hospitalization program, psychologist, teachers, Recovery Center, and court diversion. Responsible for management functions, planning, organizing, staffing, scheduling, directing, evaluating, monitoring and reporting.

Requirements for the Behavioral Health RN Manager:

• Must be a Registered Nurse

• Bachelor's degree and 4 years of recent psychiatric nursing experience

• 5 years of clinical experience

• Minimum of 2 years of leadership experience
