You're going to be challenged each day with new and complex mission and delivery opportunities as you serve as the team lead for a major mission system.
Responsibilities:
Assisting with Project Planning: Helping to develop detailed project plans, including timelines, milestones, and resource allocation.
Coordinating Teams: Facilitating communication and collaboration between project team members, subcontractors, and other stakeholders.
Monitoring Progress: Tracking project progress and updating project schedules to ensure milestones and deadlines are met.
Reporting: Preparing and presenting regular project status reports to senior project managers and stakeholders.
Budget Management: Assisting in managing project budgets, including tracking expenses and identifying cost-saving opportunities.
Document Management: Maintaining project documentation, including contracts, plans, reports, and correspondence.
Risk Management: Identifying potential project risks and assisting in developing mitigation strategies.
Quality Control: Ensuring that construction work meets the required quality standards and specifications.
Client Communication: Liaising with clients to provide project updates, address concerns, and gather feedback.
Resource Management: Assisting in the allocation and management of project resources, including personnel, equipment, and materials.
Administrative Support: Providing administrative support to the project team, including scheduling meetings, preparing agendas, and taking minutes.
Change Management: Helping to manage project changes, including scope, schedule, and budget adjustments.
