The Family Medicine LPN assesses, plans, organizes, provides, and evaluates nursing care utilizing the nursing process and critical thinking in an outpatient clinical environment.

SUBMISSION REQUIREMENTS

• 2 years or more CURRENT Outpatient/Pediatrics - Required
• Clinical Office Experience - Required
• PHONE Triage experience - Required
• EPIC EMR experience - HIGHLY Preferred
• Previous Travel - Preferred
• 1 Supervisory Signed Reference (from within the past two years of employment)
• BLS (AHA)
• NH or Compact must be in hand at upload

Pay: $40.00 - $48.00 per hour
