Job Summary:
We are seeking a dedicated Licensed Vocational Nurse to join our healthcare team. The ideal candidate will provide quality nursing care to patients in various settings, including hospitals, clinics, and community care facilities.

Responsibilities:
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians
- Monitor patient vital signs and report any changes to the healthcare team
- Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals to develop and implement patient care plans
- Assist in medical procedures such as phlebotomy and wound care
- Provide patient education on health maintenance and disease prevention

Requirements:
- Valid Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) license in the state of practice
