Hiring for a leading prop trading firm based in New York who apply a quantitative and systematic approach to investment management, which is heavily reliant on technology.

The day to day role will require have you working alongside top researcher/traders, building out front office platforms. You will work directly with and learn from quantitative researchers and engineers, including on projects related to fast execution. Research and innovate ideas in software engineering and high-performance computing whilst building and supporting market access solutions that deliver speed, efficiency, and simplicity to trading strategies.

There will be an above the market rate salary package provided alongside progression within your career. All aided with the experience of working with like minded individuals.

Requirements:

• 2 years professional experience with Python and heavy usage of Pandas/Numpy
• Demonstrated success at top tier schools (e.g., GPA / honours) and employers
• Proficiency in advanced data structures, algorithms, OO programming, and computational complexity
• 2 - 8 years experience as a software Engineer/Developer
