Comp: Base Salary, Commissions, Bonuses, Car Allowance and Reimbursed Tolls

Location: Austin, TX.
1st Year Expected Compensation: $80,000
2nd Year Expected Compensation: $100,000
Overview:
The Account Executive will assist with recruiting, overseeing, and managing our temporary and temp-to-hire construction, commercial and light industrial personnel for our clients.
Responsibilities:
- Every morning at the job site you are meeting with the Superintendent and ensuring your team of personnel is set up for success
- Assisting the Account Managers and building upon relationships with our clients
- Networking with clients at lunches and social outings
- Sourcing and recruiting personnel for various construction and/or light industrial projects
- Conducting phone and in-person interviews with candidates
- Company cell phone provided
- Core hours of operation: Monday – Thursday 7AM-4PM, Friday: 7AM-3PM
Requirements:
- Bilingual in Spanish
- Prior experience in staffing and recruiting is a plus
- Must be outgoing, personable, a flexible team player and leader
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
