JOB SUMMARY
Monday-Friday 8am-5pm
The Technical Writer plays a pivotal role in creating, standardizing, and maintaining operating instructions, how-to manuals, assembly instructions, and “frequently asked questions” pages to help technical support staff and other users within a company. This role requires close collaboration with engineering and technical support teams to document all in-house developed processes and procedures for production staff accurately. The Specialist role also updates and improves existing documentation for better clarity, accessibility, and standardization across all company assets. A key aspect of this role involves occasional travel to external branches to assess, document, and standardize processes across the company's wider operations.

PHYSICAL DEMANDS
Primarily an office-based role with minimal physical demands. Requires occasional travel to external branches for SOP documentation and standardization efforts.
Generally, the company’s business hours are from 8:00AM to 5:00PM, Monday through Friday. This is a minimum expectation. Often projects and assignments may extend beyond the normal workday based on department/company needs, deadlines and workload.
Time off will be granted with proper formal notice in accordance with company policy.
WORK ENVIRONMENT:
The environment is a mixed office and production environment. Dress attire is casual but professional. All employees are required to wear Radwell access card and “Radwear” (apparel with company logo) at all times once the initial supply (at company expense) has been received. Closed-toe shoes must be worn.
Must abide by all Radwell Safety Policies at all times.
