This is a casual position which is subject to renewal on 06/30/2025.Job SummaryLead, Social Worker II Provides clinical oversight to members of the social work team including individual and peer case consultation and feedback, and in-service training, as needed. Provides direct service provision for children and families; assists in building and maintaining strong working relationships with internal and external customers (i.e. hospital and community partners). Minimum QualificationsMaster's Degree 3 Years of Experience State of California license LCSW; or LMFT Computer skills sufficient to train and oversee quality of data entry and electronic charting, utilize program compliance reports, and produce program forms, educational materials, and visual presentations. Prior experience which demonstrates the ability to plan, organize, lead others and train team members. Experience in assessment and treatment of children and adolescents CA Driver's License and Auto Insurance: Kids and Teens in Court (KTIC)-Chadwick Preferred Qualifications4 Years of Experience Experience working in mental or behavioral health setting Knowledge of evidence-based practices utilized in clinical interventions One year experience in a leadership role The expected hiring range for this position is $39.51 to $54.33Rady Children’s Hospital is committed to compensation that is externally competitive and internally equitable.
