Rady Children's Physician Management Services (RCPMS) offers exciting opportunities for qualified candidates to join our rapidly growing organization. RCPMS supports primary care pediatricians with 32 office locations throughout San Diego and Southern Riverside Counties.

RCPMS is seeking a highly organized self-starter with excellent communication skills for our open Full-Time Site Leader position to guide and motivate staff to achieve optimal performance.

Full-time hours are Monday-Friday 8:00am-5:00pm.

Under the supervision and direction of the Associate Director, the Site Leader is responsible for effective work flow at the site. The Site Leader is a working Leader who is proficient in administrative duties including financial and referral processes as well as possesses knowledge of back office tasks and flow at the site. The Site Leader oversees the staff to ensure procedures and tasks are completed correctly and to RCPMS standards with specific focus on patient flow and customer service.

Responsibilities:

• Creates and maintains staffing schedules and coordinates with UCSD regarding UCSD staff.
• Tracks and manages employee attendance and punctuality. Monitors the use of overtime and approves time off.
• Handles site performance management including performance evaluations, disciplinary actions and training.
• Works closely with the UCSD physician partner regarding daily operations, work flow and to resolve issues that may arise.
• Provides orientation, guidance, mentoring and training to new office staff
• Steps in to line staff position as necessary.
• Handles difficult patient interactions, answers questions, and responds to complaints professionally and timely.
• Room patients including completion and documentation of patient vitals and questionnaires as assigned.

Requirements:

• High School diploma or the equivalent
• Two years of experience in an ambulatory medical setting with graduation from a medical assisting or LVN program preferred.
• Supervisory or leadership experience required. Referral experience preferred.

The reasonably expected starting hourly wage range for this position is $30-$34 depending on qualifications including education and relevant experience
