Our Plaintiffs' Personal Injury law firm, based in Paterson, NJ (with a Bergen County satellite office) for over 100 years, is seeking an attorney with a minimum of one year experience in personal injury law (either from defense or plaintiffs' side).

Candidate Mandatory Requirements:

• Licensed to practice law in NJ and in good standing.
• Strong organizational and writing skills.
• Ability and desire to work in an organized, busy, fast-paced environment.
• Ability and desire to communicate and interact with clients.
• Comfortable in courtroom and court conferences.

The work would involve everything from pre-litigation (client interviews / intake, correspondence with insurance carriers, etc.) to litigation (drafting complaints, discovery, court appearances) to trial.
