They observe and anticipate the needs in a discreet and non-intrusive manner, offering prompt, efficient and personalized service. Public area attendant promotes a positive image of the property to guests and must be pleasant, honest, friendly and should also able to address guest requests and problems
Qualifications
- Previous housekeeping experience required, preferably in a luxury setting
- Must be able to effectively communicate with guests and coworkers in English
