Job Description:

Ragon Chiropractic in Green, OH is looking for a chiropractic assistant/therapist to join our natural family practice. You will get to work with families, athletes, grandpas, grandmas, and even brand-new little babies. If you enjoy all the people, this is a good fit for you! Our ideal candidate is empathetic, kind, reliable and a natural smiler! 

Core Duties:

• Provide therapies prescribed by the doctors, such as: muscle stimulation; ultrasound therapy; infrared; vibracussor; exercise therapy; kinesiotaping; cervical traction and spinal decompression, to name a few! (don’t worry – we’ll train) 

• Become the most knowledgeable person in the room regarding the equipment and therapy protocols.

• Be the backbone of the therapy department that the doctors have confidence, and the patients have trust.

• Document treatment notes in Chirotouch software.

• Be a part of the whole – all CAs learn all jobs and we all take out the trash. 

Skillset:

• Exercise Science, Exercise Physiology or similar education ideal (not required).

• A knowledge of anatomy – an education in a health science preferred.

• Show you care for your co-workers through your willingness to help with tasks outside your job description.

• Self-driven and detail-oriented; can work with minimal supervision.

• Ability to handle sensitive information responsibly (HIPAA compliance).

• A creative spark to help us continually improve.

• You feel change is a friend, not a foe.
