As an ELITE Benefits Advisor, you will play a crucial role in helping individuals and families navigate their insurance options and make informed decisions about their benefits. This is a rewarding opportunity to make a positive impact on people's lives by providing them with the knowledge and guidance they need to protect themselves and their loved ones.

Duties:

- Communicate with clients to understand their insurance needs and provide personalized recommendations

- Conduct tasks, including preparing quotes, processing applications, and managing client accounts

- Analyze client information to identify suitable insurance plans and coverage options

- Conduct efforts to reach potential clients and schedule appointments

- Provide exceptional customer service throughout the sales process, addressing any concerns or questions clients may have

- Stay up-to-date on industry trends, regulations, and changes in insurance policies

Requirements:

- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written

- Ability to analyze complex information and explain it in simple terms to clients

- Demonstrated ability to work independently

- Prior experience in retail sales or customer service is a plus but not required

Benefits:

-$58,000 - $89,000 First year average.
