Job DetailsJob Location Corporate - North Kansas City, MOField Support Representative The FSR position is responsible for interacting with our clients, RCX management and Drivers.

An FSR will generally work 3, 12-hour shifts and 1, 6-hour shift per week. Primary Job Responsibilities Providing customer service to RCX clients, field management and drivers.

Taking assignments from RCX clients. Answering phones and assisting clients, RCX management and drivers with all issues pertaining to the day to day operation Identifying and assigning drivers and vans to trips received from clients Communicating essential information and updates to our clients, RCX management and drivers Obtaining proper approvals and documentations necessary for payment Perform administrative functions to assist in keeping driver and van information updated.

Reporting information necessary for the RCX field managers to properly manage the drivers. Correctly obtaining and recording trip information for communication and billing to the clients.

Other duties as necessary to create a proper work environment or that become essential to the day to day operation of the company.

Educational Requirements High School Diploma or equivalent Equipment Requirements Computer Internet access. Headset to answer phones.

Experience Requirements Minimum of 1 year of high volume dispatching or call-center experience Physical Qualifications Must be a minimum of 21 years of age Ability to lift up to 10 lbs.

Position requires extended periods of time sitting Position requires extended periods of time using a telephone This position is subject to Random drug and alcohol testing If you are having connection issues with your internet, you must call the Dispatch Manager and arrange to pickup a hotspot.
