A local property management company is seeking a Maintenance Technician. QUALIFICATIONS:
* Must have a valid driver's license with a safe record.* Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds. * Experience in general plumbing preferred. DUTIES: * Will perform maintenance work on residential and commercial properties in and around Billings. * Will work on plumbing systems. * Will repair drywall. * Will paint walls and ceilings. * Will perform some exterior repairs. HOURS: Monday - Friday. 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Rotational after-hours on-call required.
