Duties/Responsibilities:

• Greet clients and other visitors
• Answer and direct incoming phone calls
• Receive mail, packages, and courier deliveries
• Perform administrative and clerical support tasks
• Perform basic filing and recordkeeping as needed
• Various driving errands such as court filings, deliveries to other law firms, post office, etc.
• Sweep entrances periodically to maintain cleanliness
• Performs other duties as assigned by Administrative Supervisor and Firm Partners in Martin.

Requirements

• Excellent verbal communication skills.
• Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills.
• Basic understanding of administrative and clerical procedures and systems.
• Experience with Microsoft Office
• Must have reliable transportation, driver's license and proof of insurance for driving errands.
