The Pay Range For This Role Is19 - 20 USD per hour(North Park I)

Reports to: Property Manager, and/or Regional Manager
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate move-in and move-out processes, conducting property inspections and ensuring units are rent-ready.
- Completes move-out inspections and process per policies and/or program requirements.
- Assist with financial management tasks, including rent collection, invoice processing, and budget preparation.
- Collaborate with vendors and contractors to schedule and oversee maintenance and repairs, ensuring timely resolution of issues.
- Respond promptly to tenant inquiries, concerns, and maintenance requests, striving to deliver exceptional customer service.
- Physically walks and inspects property as required by city and or affordable program regulations and/or requirement.
- Assist manager in all core business processes, including leasing, resident relations, marketing, maintenance, adhering to city and/or affordable program requirements, budgeting, accounts receivable, accounts payable, vendor relations.
- Ensure compliance with all Affordable Programs.
- Performs other related duties as assigned by management.
- Knowledge and 1 to 2 years of experience in multi-family property management.
- Proficiency in property management software and Microsoft office.
