General job guidelines
The Restoration position is directly supervised by the Location Manager. The Restoration role is to assist the Project Managers with site restoration, project previewing, material procurement, yard tidiness and project coordination activities. Desired outcomes include: 
(1) To improve quality, efficiency, performance, and profitability for projects in the office 
(2) Reduce punch list items.
(3) To assist the Project Managers and allow the company to more efficiently serve more customers.
Summary of Responsibilities
The Restoration position activities will be as follows:

• Restore project sites post production as assigned, including forms, cones, plastic, etc..
• Send post-restoration pictures.
• Material procurement.
• Cone off/Block off parking lots in advance of our work.
• Set up No Parking signs in advance of our work.
• Help with crew requests. 
• Oversee yard organization, cleanliness and supplies and material inventory

The Restoration position will be directly supervised, and scheduled by the Location Manager. A yard truck will be available when the Restoration position is required to perform tasks outside of the yard.
