Job Responsibilities Include
- Perform Journey level Maintenance and Repair work
- Multi Point Inspections are required on all vehicles in for service
- Use online resources to guide in diagnosis and repair
- Organize and maintain workload to meet promise times
- Maintain a clean work area, return customer vehicles in top condition
- Effectively communicate status of repairs and needed services with Advisor and Management
- Participate in a supportive Team environment that embraces the development of Junior Techs
- Medical, Vision, and Dental Insurance, subject to eligibility requirements of the applicable benefit plan
- Voluntary Short Term Disability Insurance, subject to eligibility requirements of the applicable benefit plan
- Voluntary Accident Insurance, subject to eligibility requirements of the applicable benefit plan
- Critical Illness Insurance, subject to eligibility requirements of the applicable benefit plan
- Hospital Indemnity Insurance, subject to eligibility requirements of the applicable benefit plan
- 401k plan, subject to completion of the introductory period and other eligibility requirements
- All employees earn 1 hour of paid time off for every 40 hours worked in compliance with the applicable state paid sick leave law.
- Following 36 months of continuous service, full-time employees will earn an additional 40 hours of RAG PTO on each anniversary date to be used prior to the next anniversary date. Following 120 months of continuous service, full-time employees will earn 80 hours of RAG PTO on each anniversary date to be used prior to the next anniversary date.
- Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced work environment
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively
- A team player focused on providing exemplary service
- Previous experience as an automotive technician, mechanic, or other related fields
- Knowledge of diagnostic and repair equipment
- Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills
- Deadline and detail-oriented
- Possess a genuine willingness to learn, be intuitive, resourceful and coachable
- Be upbeat, positive and enthusiastic
- Must have a valid in-state driver's license with a clean driving record
