As the Project Manager, you will be responsible for direction and control of specific projects from estimating, buyout and sub-contracts, to scheduling and personnel management to ensure construction meets all parameters of Plans, Specifications, Safety, Schedules, and Quality. Candidates must have experience working on K-12, DSA projects with project valuation over $20 Million.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee all stages of project life cycle
• Guide field personnel and manage project schedule, quality, and budget for assigned project
• Quickly acquire knowledge of Plans and Specification to ensure compliance and work coverage by Subcontractor forces
• Ensure compliance with all government safety regulations and high quality standards are met
• Submit routine status reports to executive leadership team
• Motivate and direct project team
• Negotiate change requests with architects, trades partners, and clients
• Procure subcontracts and material pricing in a fair manner in the best interest of the project
• Responsible for jobsite safety

Qualifications:

• At least 5 years of construction project management experience in a lead role at a general contractor
• DSA experience required. K-12 experience highly preferred.
• Bachelor's Degree in Construction Management or relevant degree
• Proven track record of managing new construction, expansions, additions, and tenant improvements for public works projects.
• Must be willing to work onsite in Woodland Hills
• Team leadership skills, excellent communication, organizational skills, and ability to wear many hats
