Summary:
- This position is responsible for providing project/program management services to customers for electric and natural gas energy efficiency projects.
- This position supports the development, promotion, and implementation of energy efficiency programs to meet established goal.
Responsibilities:
- Assisting with routine data tasks – in addition to data analysis – annual cycle to support demand respond, charging programs, adhoc analysis, trying to figure out who our good candidates that aren’t enrolled in our programs are. Come up with a plan to get them to enroll. Growing programs – both data analysis and move it forward with next steps. Be proactive, self starter. Not pigeon hold with data analysis but taking the data and acting on it.
Must Haves:
- Excel (vlook ups, pivot tables), Power BI
Nice to Have:
- Python, coding language, SQL, any analytics tools
Education:
- Bachelors Degrees – computer science, data analytics, engineering (mechanical/electrical), environmental science but must have some coding/analytics.
- Min 2 years work experience – if they have any energy, solar, economics background that is a plus
