Job Title: Registered Nurse (ICU)
Location: 15 hospital Drive, York, ME 03909
Duration: 26 weeks (with possibilities of permanent hire)
Shift: 3–12-hour days, 7:00 am to 7:00 pm shift; no call. may require variable shifts.
Guaranteed Hours: 13

Pay Details:

For Local Candidates pay rate: $53 to $60/hr (If your permanent address is within 50 miles from the facility)

For Travelers/Stipend Candidates (If your permanent address is outside the 50-mile radius from the facility):
Blended Hourly W2 Pay Rate: $57.00
Blended Weekly Gross Pay Rate: $2,052.00
Minimum Hourly W2 Pay Rate: $24.73
Min. W2 Weekly Gross (Taxable): $890.28
Weekly Stipend (Non-Taxable): $1,161.72

OR

For Traveler 1099 Candidates:
Pay Rate on 1099 to the Candidate: $60.00
Weekly 1099 Traveler Pay Rate: $2,160.00

Requirements:
We are seeking a dedicated professional for a full-time role, working 36 hours per week. The schedule includes three 12-hour shifts (7:00 am to 7:30 pm) and every other weekend, with occasional night shifts if needed. Variable shifts may apply, but no call is required. Candidates must hold an active Maine license, as well as BLS and ACLS certifications. Influenza vaccinations are mandatory in Maine unless a medical exemption is provided.

Education:

• Bachelor's degree in nursing (BSN) preferred.

Licensure/Certification:

• Current RN license in Maine.
• BLS and ACLS certifications required.

Skills:

• Strong leadership and team-building skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and work in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency in electronic health records (EHR) and other healthcare technologies.
