Raizan Solutions LLC is seeking a growth-oriented Branch Manager to support National Security and Department of Defense (DoD) programs. This role involves leading a highly technical team working on innovative technology solutions for various branches of the U.S. military and intelligence community. Required Skills:

• U.S. Citizenship due to the sensitivity of customer-related requirements.
• At least a high school graduate with 14 years of experience in a technical field, or a bachelor’s degree with 6 years of successful technical experience.
• Active SECRET clearance required on day 1.
• Experience with the U.S. Intelligence Community (especially NGA) and/or DoD Service Intelligence Centers.
• Experience in business development, including business capture, proposal writing, and cost estimation.
• Experience performing and managing technical services for the U.S. Government.
• Excellent working knowledge of standard office tools and corporate information systems.

Desired Skills:

• Experience managing software development and/or research teams.
• Experience with DoD Research, Development, Test, and Evaluation (RDT&E) markets.
• Domain expertise in software development (C/C , Java), modeling and simulation, and operations analysis.
• An advanced degree (MS or PhD) preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• TOP SECRET clearance preferred.

Essential Job Functions:

• Leadership of 10 employees including personnel management, business development, contract execution, and office/facility management.
• Business Development: Support the identification and pursuit of new business opportunities, including responding to customer requests for information and proposals.
• Personnel Management: Oversee recruiting, hiring, and retention of staff. Mentor staff, support employee skills and career development, and foster a collaborative and technically exciting work environment.
• Contract Execution: Contribute to and monitor technical, schedule, and cost performance on contracts to ensure high customer satisfaction and compliance with requirements.
• Office Management: Oversee office administration and security program.
