Position Overview:
Raizan Solutions LLC is hiring for their client, a leading engineering firm, for the role of CAD Manager. Responsibilities:

• Lead a CAD department, managing up to ten CAD Designers.
• Oversee AutoCAD Electrical and Autodesk Vault usage for industrial control panel designs.
• Develop and enforce CAD procedures and standards.
• Enhance productivity with customizations and automated quality checks.
• Facilitate the transfer of CAD data to Production CNC machines.
• Train internal users on CAD standards, new software, and best practices.
• Provide production and technical CAD support.
• Conduct regular CAD meetings to share updates and information.
• Allocate CAD Designer resources effectively.

Requirements:

• Two-year degree in CAD Technology.
• Minimum of 10 years' experience with AutoCAD and AutoCAD Electrical.
• Essential experience with UL508A Control Panel design.
• Supervisory or management experience.
• Servant-leadership attitude preferred.

This role is based in a standard office environment with frequent use of computers and office equipment. The position involves seeing, color perception, hearing, listening, clear speech, and dexterity in hands. Ability to travel for meetings and projects is required.
