Job Summary:
RaiZan Solutions, a leading recruitment agency, is seeking a highly skilled Electrician to join our client's team in Three Rivers, Michigan. The individual in this role will be responsible for installing, maintaining, and repairing electrical systems and equipment for our franchise clients in the area. This is a full-time, individual contributor position, and the ideal candidate will have previous experience in the franchise industry.
Requirements

• Must possess a Journeyman’s card or have 7 years of direct electrician experience.
• Experience in a manufacturing environment working on manufacturing equipment, not facilities maintenance.
• Proficient in industrial and electrical maintenance, including high voltage (medium voltage), 480V, 120V, and down to 24-volt DC circuitry.
• Electrical work must involve machines in the manufacturing environment across any industry.
• PLC experience is essential, with a preference for Allen Bradley.
• Familiarity with Program Frequency Drives is important, even though controls engineers will assist with this.
• Experience in a CNC Machining facility like AAM Three Rivers is preferred, with specific experience on CNC machines.
• Experience with Fanuc and Siemens controllers on CNC machines is preferred. It’s acceptable if candidates have more experience with PLCs than CNCs or vice versa.
• Should have expertise with PLCs, CNCs, Frequency Drives, motors, and associated circuitry.
• Must demonstrate troubleshooting skills with examples, including exposure to 24V DC, 120V, 277V, and 480V circuits.
• Troubleshooting tasks include proximity switches, light screens and safety circuits, cables, Ethernet and communication issues, motors, drives, relays, etc.

Additional Information
Shifts:

• New employees can expect to begin on 2nd or 3rd shift.
• 2nd shift: 2 PM - 10 PM
• 3rd shift: 10 PM - 6 AM
