We are seeking a dedicated healthcare professional to oversee and enhance our Occupational Health Program. This role involves ensuring compliance with government regulations, providing emergency medical care, and promoting overall employee wellness.
Key Responsibilities

• Occupational Health Program: Administer and evaluate all phases of the Occupational Health Program.
• Immediate and Preventative Care: Provide immediate and preventative care for employees and contractors.
• Nursing Evaluations: Conduct nursing evaluations, pulmonary function testing, respirator fit testing, and audiograms.
• Health Surveillance Programs: Manage health surveillance programs in compliance with OSHA regulations.
• Employee Health Issues: Coordinate with management on employee health issues and work restrictions.
• Wellness Programs: Lead wellness programs and health screenings to enhance employee wellbeing.
• Emergency Response: Assist in emergency response planning and training for First Aid, CPR, and Infection Control.
• Testing and Physicals: Oversee drug and alcohol testing and annual physicals for employees and contractors.
• Medical Records: Maintain and manage medical records and equipment inspections.

• Certifications: Specimen Collector Certification, ACLS Certification, Audio Testing Certification with CAOHC, and NIOSH qualification in Pulmonary Function Testing.
• Skills: Strong critical thinking, communication, and organizational skills.
• Physical Ability: Physical ability to exert up to 40 lbs of force occasionally and perform job-specific physical tasks.

Must have:
