Key Responsibilities:
Nursing Professional Practice:
Assess, diagnose, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care.
Develop, update, and coordinate patient care plans to achieve optimal outcomes.
Monitor, record, and communicate patient conditions as needed.
Maintain essential competencies for the specific area of hire and populations served.
Advocacy:

Ideal Candidate:
At least 1 full year of experience in a Med/Surg Orthopedic environment as an RN. (Note: Clinical rotations and residency programs do not count.)

Education and/or Experience:
Required Qualifications:
Graduation from an accredited nursing program.
Washington Registered Nurse License upon hire.
National Provider BLS (American Heart Association) upon hire.
National Provider NRP (American Academy of Pediatrics) upon hire.
Minimum of 1 year of nursing experience.
Preferred Qualifications:
