Key Responsibilities:

• Ensure safety on job sites and manage heavy machinery in industrial settings.
• Supervise job sites and staff, ensuring efficient operations.
• Perform blasting techniques (dry ice, media, sponge).
• Travel for assignments, typically 1-2 weeks, and occasionally work nights, weekends, or holidays.
• Conduct routine maintenance on equipment.
• When not traveling, work Monday-Friday, 8 am-5 pm at the home office.
• All travel expenses are paid and per diem is provided. The Manager has access to a company truck during work hours and while traveling.

Qualifications:

• Required experience with dry ice blasting, media blasting (sandblasting), or sponge blasting.
• Management or supervisory experience.
• Valid driver’s license required; CDL is a plus.
• Mechanical skills and ability to lift 70 lbs.
• Willingness to travel and work flexible hours.
• Clean driving record.
