Job Title: Grant Administrator
Rally Foundation for Childhood Cancer Research (Rally), a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization, empowers volunteers across the country to raise awareness and funds for childhood cancer research to find better treatments with fewer long-term side effects and, ultimately, cures.
Rally is seeking an individual to serve as the Grant Administrator. This person may perform job duties remotely in the metro Atlanta area or in the Rally office located in Sandy Springs, GA. Hours for this position will fluctuate throughout the year from 8-24 hours a week in alignment with Rally’s grant cycle. The highest weekly hours will be between December and May.

Job Purpose
The Grant Administrator is responsible for supporting the Grant Manager to annually execute the Rally grants program by administering the grant process throughout all stages, including applications, contracts, reporting and grant closeout. The Grant Administrator will ensure Rally’s grant-making and related processes, documents, procedures and implementation are executed professionally, efficiently, on schedule and in a manner consistent with best practices.
