Member Service Representative Team Lead - Credit Union
$19.29 minimum per hour
Job Level: Individual Contributor
What You Will Be Doing:
Assist the Operations Manager in daily operations of the Credit Union and backs up the Operations Manager when absent. Coordinate work of member service representatives and perform various administrative and accounting tasks. Assist in reviewing loan applications, calculating payments and interest on loans, disbursing funds, and perfecting liens. Act as a customer service leader for the Credit Union and identify opportunities to improve the customer service experience. Assist in speaking with members who may have an escalated event.
What We're Looking For:

• Excellent typing and math skills and ability to use calculator (adding machine) with speed and accuracy.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent knowledge of data processing and ability to accurately enter financial data to on-line computer terminal.
• Ability to analyze and accurately manage numerical data.
• Superior communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with members. Ability to use tact and maintain confidentiality of financial information.
• Ability to keep a steady work schedule with regular, predictable attendance to ensure a steady workflow and minimal disruption to department schedules and deadlines.
• Motivated by deadlines, able to maintain schedules and work well with others.
• Two years banking experience or other financial services equivalent to banking.
• Ability to perform the essential functions of the position, with or without a reasonable accommodation
