JOB Title: Infrastructure Project Specialist

Position Description:

Rally Point Management is seeking an Infrastructure Project Specialist to join the team at Robins Air Force Base, GA.

Duties:

• Provides guidance, execution strategies, and support for the maintenance and upkeep of government facilities.
• Develops and presents reports on project status to senior stakeholders.
• Upholds facility appearance and functionality standards.
• Coordinates maintenance support requirements for designated government facilities.
• Undertakes additional facility maintenance-related duties as required.
• Manages and executes responsibilities within a classified facility, ensuring compliance with all security protocols.
• Demonstrates a thorough understanding of classified facility regulations and escort procedures.
• Exhibits familiarity with basic maintenance techniques.
• Possesses a comprehensive understanding of safe maintenance practices, emergency preparedness, and continuity of operations planning.

Qualifications:

• Must be a US Citizen and at least 21 years of age.
• Ability to obtain and maintain a Secret clearance.
• Minimum of Three to Five (3-5) years experience as an Infrastructure Project Specialist or equivalent experience.
• Experience using Microsoft suite of applications tools, to include Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Sharepoint.
• Excellent organization, administrative and interpersonal skills.
• Experience in developing schedules with milestones to ensure oversight in the execution of various projects.
• Able to manage tasks associated with multiple projects, prioritize, thrive in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
• Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information discretely.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
