Looking for a bilingual (SPANISH), outgoing, not afraid to try new things individual that learns quickly, is a team player but also highly effective independently. P&C licensing is a bonus as are Health and Life OR Must be willing to obtain within 30 days of employment (WE WILL PAY FOR THE TRAINING PROGRAM).
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Establish customer relationships and follow up with customers, as needed.
- Provide prompt, accurate, and friendly customer service. Service can include responding to inquiries regarding insurance availability, eligibility, coverages, policy changes, transfers, claim submissions, and billing clarification
- Promote successful and long-lasting customer relations.
- Experience in sales preferred but not required
- Experience managing client relationships is preferred
- Interest in marketing products and services based on customer needs
- Excellent communication skills - written, verbal, and listening
- Dedicated to customer service
- Able to anticipate customer needs
- Able to effectively relate to a customer
- License/Willing to become licensed in Property/Casualty and Life Insurance within 30 days of employment
- Bilingual in English and Spanish is a must
