We are currently seeking a Guest Service Supervisor to help lead our Front Office Team!
Candidates with front desk experience in a hotel setting for at least one year, Opera PMS experience, and knowledge of general hotel policies and practices are preferred.
Primary responsibilities -
Communication skills are important as guests will need to come to you with concerns as well as compliments, so you’ll be easy to talk to. Your problem solving skills will turn issues into opportunities so every guest leaves with great memories.
