Job Overview:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Night Auditor. As a Night Auditor, you will be responsible for ensuring the accuracy of financial transactions and providing exceptional guest service during the overnight shift.

Duties:
- Perform nightly audits of financial transactions and reports
- Verify the accuracy of guest accounts and resolve any discrepancies
- Prepare and distribute daily reports to hotel management
- Handle guest inquiries, requests, and complaints in a professional and timely manner
- Assist with the check-in and check-out process for guests arriving or departing during the night shift
- Maintain a clean and organized front desk area
- Operate phone systems, including answering calls and transferring them to the appropriate department or staff member
- Provide general administrative support to hotel management

Requirements:
- Previous experience in night audit or hotel front desk operations is preferred
- Bilingual skills (English/Spanish) are a plus
- Knowledge of hotel management systems and software is desirable
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work with numbers accurately
- Excellent customer service skills with a friendly and professional demeanor
- Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously in a fast-paced environment
- Flexibility to work overnight shifts, including weekends and holidays
