Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome guests in a friendly and professional manner
- Check-in and check-out guests efficiently and accurately
- Answer phone calls and provide information to guests or transfer calls to appropriate departments
- Handle guest requests, inquiries, and complaints promptly and courteously
- Provide exceptional customer service to ensure guest satisfaction
- Maintain a clean and organized front desk area
- Assist with reservations and room assignments
- Process payments and maintain accurate records
- Collaborate with other hotel staff to ensure smooth operations
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in guest relations or customer service preferred
- Strong hospitality skills with a focus on providing excellent service
- Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills
- Proficient in using front desk software and phone systems
- Bilingual skills (if applicable) are a plus
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Attention to detail and accuracy in handling guest information
- Knowledge of hospitality management principles is desirable
