Description
Act as key point of contact with our customers, ensure requirements are being met, including:
-manage release schedules and forecasts.
-work across departments to ensure product is successfully delivered and documentation is provided as needed.
-monitor and maintain information in customer portals and databases as needed.
Qualifications
Qualified candidate:
Must have inside sales experience in an industrial setting.
Prefer experience with direct automotive supply.
Experience with EDI is a plus.
Prefer experience in fasteners.
Must be comfortable with both phone and written communication.
Must be organized and independent.
Must be able to write and converse in a professional manner.
