Job Description: The primary role of the Client Intake Manager is to manage inbound calls, screen potential clients for our law firm, and update our internal system accordingly. Additional duties will include sending and receiving contracts, answering client questions, following up on accounts receivable, and creating physical files. The ideal candidate should have exceptional communication and organizational skills as a significant portion of their time will be spent on client communication and data entry. The candidate should also be adept at calling past-due accounts and collecting payments.

Responsibilities:

• Manage inbound call intake and screen potential clients.
• Follow up on accounts receivable.
• Create and maintain hard files.
• Follow up on leads and verify bad leads.
• Create, distribute, and retrieve contracts.

Qualifications:

• Exceptional customer service skills.
• Excellent typing and computer skills.
• Proficient with Clio.com.
• Positive attitude and strong interpersonal skills.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office products.
