POSITION OBJECTIVE
The Technical Service Manager will work under the Director of Operations, Dylan Quick, and other team leaders to ensure comprehensive product and service support. Their responsibilities include providing customers with information about RAMPART ic products and services, assisting with troubleshooting and inquiries, creating documentation for service and repairs, and providing assistance with the assembly or repair of Rampart products. Additionally, this role serves as the company's external representative to existing customers and vendors. As the product line expands, the Technical Service Manager will continuously enhance their knowledge and technical expertise to better support customers
