POSITION OBJECTIVE

The Technical Service Manager will work under the Director of Operations, Dylan Quick, and other team leaders to ensure comprehensive product and service support. Their responsibilities include providing customers with information about RAMPART ic products and services, assisting with troubleshooting and inquiries, creating documentation for service and repairs, and providing assistance with the assembly or repair of Rampart products. Additionally, this role serves as the company's external representative to existing customers and vendors. As the product line expands, the Technical Service Manager will continuously enhance their knowledge and technical expertise to better support customers

POSITION KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Consistently model the core values of the company both internally and externally.
• Openly commit to and support company processes and systems.
• Develop written, video, and pictorial content to assist customers, partners, and Rampart Team Members with installations and repairs.
• Work with customers, distribution partners, vendors, and Rampart team to facilitate technical support- either through warranty service, service agreement, or direct billing service.
• Provide feedback to internal partners and external vendors on recurring product quality issues.
• Understand and follow the processes of the Rampart Quality System, especially with compliant filing and CAPA creation and review.
• Manage the spare parts inventory
• Control company costs by implementing cost-effective service solutions as well as developing and introducing tactical initiatives to address known issues and losses.
• Maintain proper credentials to access hospitals, ASC’s and OBL’s to assist with installations, trials, and meetings.
• Know and understand the company product to the extent that this position can lead installations and repairs, and can educate partners on the same.
• Maintain up to date vaccination status for COVID-19, flu, and tuberculosis.
• Any other duty as required by supervisor.

SKILLS & EXPERIENCE NEEDED

• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Medical Device Industry experience preferred
• Mechanical assembly and troubleshoot experience preferred.
• Strong analytical, data entry skill, and problem-solving skills.
• Spare part inventory management experience
• Ability to analyze issues efficiently and make decisions
• Strong communication skills: written, verbal, and nonverbal
• Desire to build a company brand by providing world class service
• Comfortable connecting with different personalities both internally and externally
