Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role for a Personal Lines Account Manager. The Personal Lines Account Manager will be responsible for day-to-day account management tasks such as handling customer inquiries, processing policy changes, and providing personalized insurance solutions. This role is primarily based in West Milton, OH but offers flexibility for some remote work.
Qualifications
- Account Management and Customer Service skills
- Experience in handling personal insurance policies
- Knowledge of carriers and their insurance products
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize work effectively
- Proficiency in insurance industry software and systems
