What You’ll Do
- Manage contracts from initiation through award, compliance and renewal
- Communicate with business unit leaders in a timely manner
- Carefully read through all vendor contracts
- Oversee privacy policies and terms of service policies
- Redline contracts and propose alternate clauses
- Build partnerships with vendors and business units in the company
- Experience negotiating agreements and using contract lifecycle management software
- Ability to collaborate, communicate, influence and get results
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Range depends on level of skills and overall experience
