Title: Maintenance Assistant

Location: York, Pennsylvania

Hours: Monday to Friday, 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM

Job description:

Responsibilities:

• Perform general labor tasks, including loading, unloading, and moving materials. Run errands to support projects.
• Maintain lighting systems throughout the facility by cleaning fixtures and replacing bulbs and lamps.
• Maintain facility grounds by raking, sweeping, leaf blowing, and snow removal.
• Patrol grounds, common areas, and parking facilities to identify and report maintenance hazards or property condition concerns.
• Perform housekeeping functions to maintain the professional appearance of the property, equipment, engineering spaces, and common areas.
• Paint and patch drywall as needed.
• Years of Experience Required: 1
• Education Requirements: High School Diploma

Top Must-Have Skills:

• Proficiency in using mobile applications for internal operations (good understanding of technology).
• Experience with CMMS WO-based systems, used daily (training provided).
• Basic skills with Microsoft Office Outlook.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $12.00 - $13.00 per hour
