Rancho Health is Hiring a Marketing Specialist- ACO Reach Part-Time Near Temecula, CA

The Marketing Specialist for ACO Reach is responsible for the day-to-day operations of marketing the ACO Reach Program. This includes collecting ACO Reach forms from offices in all regions as well as processing them in the office. This person will execute training and maintaining relationships with staff to ensure the ACO Reach forms are completed correctly. This individual will also keep detailed progress reports and will be reporting on them regularly to Senior Marketing Manager and VP of Population Health.
Note: This position will be part-time 20-30hrs per week. Essential Job Duties
  • Collect AOC reach forms from all MSO regions.
  • Process forms and enter their data into an organized Excel spreadsheet.
  • Communicate with outside organizations and vendors regarding the forms.
  • Project management for any mailing/emailing campaigns needed regarding ACO Reach.
  • Prepare training materials for front office staff on how to get the forms signed by patients.
  • Organize communication workflows with staff to make sure their questions are constantly being answered.
  • Report on all collected data at a regular cadence and maintain master Dashboard for easy reference.
Required education and experience: The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skills, and/or ability required.
Minimum Education (or Substitute Experience) Required
  • High School Degree or equivalent.
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred.
Minimum Knowledge And Skills Required
  • Fluent in the Microsoft Office Suit, specifically PowerPoint, Word, and Excel. (Intermediate)
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills.
  • Excellent sales and customer service skills.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines.
