Osuna Ranch is a historic 25-acre property purchased by the RSF Association in 2006. Osuna Ranch features an equestrian boarding and training facility, miles of walking paths, expansive grass pastures and grounds for many community events hosted throughout the year.
POSITION SUMMARY:The Osuna Ranch Hand will be responsible for maintaining the Osuna Ranch property, working with horses and outdoors in a highly physical job.

POSITION SUMMARY:The Osuna Ranch Hand will be responsible for maintaining the Osuna Ranch property, working with horses and outdoors in a highly physical job.
MAJOR DUTIES AND REQUIREMENTS:
- Clean stalls
- Replace bedding
- Water and feed the horses three (3) times a day
- Sweep and remove waste
- Report problems or illness of the horses to management
- Repair fencing
- Remove weeds, trim trees, mow the lawn and lawn care
- Operate tractor
- Drag arena
- Perform other duties as assigned
- Must be available to work mornings, afternoons, weekdays, weekends and holidays.
- 1 year of experience working with horses
- Frequent or occasional need to perform the following physical activities: grasping, finger dexterity, bending, pushing, pulling, twisting. Lifting/carrying up to 50 pounds
- Standing and walking on various surfaces for an extended period of time.
