CROSS- FUNCTIONAL ASSOCIATE

This role requires a highly adaptable, quick learner, communication and organizational skills

Need to be fluent in English (write and speak)

Knowledge in computers

Salary $ 14.00 / hour

Associate will serve as a backup across all main departments, this associate will be a resource to ensure that business continuity and smooth the operations in the DC.

Functions and Responsibilities

• General Overview and Training

• Onboarding and Training: Learn the basic operations, tools and processes of each main department.
• Cross – Training programs: Participate in cross-training sessions to gain proficiency in different roles
• Work hand to hand with training coordinator
• Interactions with other associates, Assist and support associates when need it

• 
  QC: Identify the procedures that involve the Team Leader in this department
• VAS: Support the department making coupons, identify all the different procedures for the department
• SHIPPING: Learn the procedures for the “carrier” position
• TICKETING: Be able to make all the different tickets that the DC produce for different customers
• PICKTICKET ASSORTED: Be able to work in the pick ticket office assorting all the different pick tickets for all our customers
• SCANNING: Work as a team leader when it needs learn all the procedures for scanning department
• PICKING: Work as a team leader when it needs, learn all the procedures for picking department
• RETURNS: Learn all the procedures for this department
