We are seeking a Customer Service Associate/Clerk to join our team! You will be responsible for helping customers by providing courteous service, good products and product information.
Responsibilities:

• Provide a positive and friendly customer service experience
• Handle customers at point of sale
• Provide information about the product
• Develop and maintain a knowledge base of the evolving products
• Maintain shelf stock levels and overall inventory integrity

• Previous experience in customer service, sales, or other related fields
• Previous experience cashiering
• Ability to build rapport with customers
• Positive and professional demeanor
• Ability to stand for long periods of time
• Ability to lift 50 Lbs.
• Night, weekend, and holiday availability
• Prior knowledge of wines and spirits a plus
