Randall Stofft Architects is Hiring a Senior Architectural Project Manager Near Delray Beach, FL

JOB TITLE: Senior Architectural Project Manager

Prestigious, high energy, and fast paced architectural firm located in Delray Beach, FL is seeking a Senior Architectural Project Manager. At Randall Stofft Architects you will lead and manage high-end residential projects and must have a strong background and understanding of all phases of design, construction processes, exceptional detailing skills, and managing multiple projects at different phases. Must have a minimum of 5 years in custom high end residential experience. Multi-family, resorts, hospitality, and light commercial experience is a plus. This position will provide both interior and exterior architectural services in AutoCad and REVIT for various project types. Project locations are mainly throughout Florida and the Caribbean.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 5 years architectural experience in high end residential projects.
  • Minimum 3 years AutoCAD / Architectural Desktop experience.
  • REVIT experience a plus.
  • Must be proficient in architectural construction document production focused mainly in AutoCAD / Architectural Desktop.
  • Must be organized and have a strong work ethic, be self-motivated and work well with all team members.
  • Ability to understand and follow directions a must.
  • Well organized with the ability to manage time and deadlines in a fast-paced work environment.
  • Highly motivated with the ability to work independently and within a collaborative team.
  • Ability to interact well with clients, consultants, and co-workers, in the field and in the office.
  • Collaborate with architects, engineers, draftsman, and construction teams to refine design concepts.
  • Microsoft Office Suite experience is a must.
  • Bluebeam experience is a must.
  • Sketch-Up experience a plus.
  • Photoshop experience a plus.
